PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order, please call the RFSJ office at 724-547-4457.

ARTWORK ACCEPTED

Please provide digital artwork when placing an order. Accepted files are .eps, .ai (Illustrator), or .jpeg (min 600 dpi).

SHIPPING

Shipping methods are determined based on the size of order and type of product.  We will use UPS, FEDEX and various trucking companies.  Additional charges may be added for special packing on small quantities shipping via ground service.  If using a third party shipping account, please provide RFSJ with the account number when placing the order.

ORDER MINIMUMS

Orders must be placed in 144 piece minimums and case pack quantities.

SET UP CHARGES

Set up charges are $45 per color.  Orders with multi-color must be quoted.

IMPRINT COLORS

All imprint colors will be matched to your specific PMS colors provided.  Additional charges may apply.

SHIPPING QUANTITIES

Please allow a 10% over/under on quantities on any order.  Total quantity shipped will be what is billed on customer invoice.

LEAD TIME/TURNAROUND TIME

Orders will ship within 4 weeks after artwork approval.  Shipment times may vary on product availability.  Please contact an RFSJ representative for availability.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Contact RFSJ to report any damaged merchandise within 10 business days to ensure proper credit.  Customers are responsible for damaged product in shipment when shipped on a third party shipping account.

TERMS

First time customers must pay in advance by check or credit card.  COD orders are not accepted.  An RFSJ account representative will provide estimated freight charges for the pre-pay.
