PLACING AN ORDER

To place a new order, please call the RFSJ office and an account representative can assist you. 724-547-4457

Re-orders or existing customer orders can be placed with your RFSJ personal contact or with our orders email.      orders@rfsj.com

ARTWORK ACCEPTED

Please provide digital artwork when placing an order. Accepted files are .eps, .ai (Illustrator), or .jpeg (min 600 dpi).

SHIPPING

Shipping methods are determined based on the size of order and type of product.  We will use UPS, FEDEX and various trucking companies.  Additional charges may be added for special packing on small quantities shipping via ground service.  If using a third party shipping account, please provide RFSJ with the account number when placing the order.

ORDER MINIMUMS

Minimums range from 24 – 144 depending on the item being ordered.
Once the minimum order has been met additional quantities can be added based on the case pack of the item.

SET UP CHARGES

A one time set up charge will apply to some items. Set up charges begin at only $25. Please inquire about set up charges when placing your first order.

IMPRINT COLORS

All imprint colors will be matched to your specific PMS colors provided.  Additional charges may apply.

SHIPPING QUANTITIES

Please allow a 10% over/under on quantities on any order. (This is industry standard) Total quantity shipped will be what is billed on customer invoice.

LEAD TIME/TURNAROUND TIME

Orders will ship within 4 – 5 weeks after artwork approval.  Shipment times may vary on product availability.  Please contact a RFSJ representative for availability.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Contact RFSJ to report any damaged merchandise within 10 business days of receiving the product to ensure proper credit. 
Customers are responsible for damaged product in shipment when shipped on a third party shipping account.

TERMS

First time customers must pay in advance by check or credit card. Most major credit cards accepted.
COD orders are not accepted. 
A RFSJ account representative will be happy to provide estimated freight charges and any other charges that may pertain to your order.
